    All of our products are made to order from printful.com, meaning each item is produced specifically for you once an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or ordering errors. That said, we fully stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly resolve any issues caused by defects or errors.

    What Can Be Returned or Refunded
    You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if your order meets one of the following conditions:
    • Damaged items – Items that arrive damaged due to shipping.
    • Defective products – Manufacturing flaws or print quality issues.
    • Misprinted items – Errors in the design or print that differ from the approved order.
    • Incorrect items received – You received a product that is different from what you ordered.
    • Lost orders – Orders that never arrive due to carrier issues.
    What Cannot Be Returned
    We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    • Ordering the wrong size, colour, or style
    • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
    • Items ordered with incorrect information provided by the customer
    • Custom or personalised items (unless defective or incorrect)
    • Items returned without prior approval

    How to Report an Issue
    If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within the timeframes below:
    • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: within 30 days of delivery
    • Lost orders: within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

    To submit a claim, email support@printful.com with:

    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photos showing the problem (required for damaged or defective items)
    Resolution Process
    Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost to you:
    • A replacement item, or
    • A refund to your original payment method

    In most cases, defective or damaged items do not need to be returned. If a return is required, we will provide instructions.

    Return Shipping

    • If a return is approved, you will be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
    • Items sent back without approval may not be refunded.
    • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment costs may apply.
    Additional Notes
    • Refunds are processed after approval and may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
